Colorado City Reduces Homelessness by Half

Most large cities around the world have a problem with homelessness. Some places make it illegal to live on the streets. Others allow tent cities to accommodate those without a home. VOA’s senior Washington correspondent Carolyn Presutti takes us to one U.S. city that has reduced its homeless population by half and is considered a model for others.
